Custom Email Domain Essentials

This isn't just clicking a few buttons. This is protecting your domain, your reputation, and your deliverability (a smidge). If things go sideways without this, it’ll cost you a lot more to fix. Consider this a one-time vaccine for your email domain.
Think of this Essentials package as email insurance.
Without SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, your domain is wide open to scammers and spammers, your emails are practically guaranteed to not land in the inbox, and your brand reputation could take a hit.
When you purchase this Custom Domain Email Essentials package, I’ll:
Configure your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records (aka: lock the front door of your email system).
Set up a dedicated sending subdomain for GHL (because inboxes and marketing streams shouldn’t share a bedroom).
Handle DNS delegation access so you don’t have to fiddle with confusing registrar interfaces.
Verify and test everything works like it should.
Because if you skip this and something breaks, you’re looking at thousands to fix your deliverability. Or worse, explaining to clients why they got a phishing email from “you.” 😳
This is a one-time, done-right setup that protects your domain, your emails, and your peace of mind.
If you're running a business and sending emails from your domain, you NEED these three little acronyms working for you:
SPF – Says which servers are allowed to send emails on your behalf.
DKIM – Adds a tamper-proof signature to your emails (think wax seal but digital).
DMARC – Tells the internet what to do if someone pretends to be you.
Without them? Your emails will most likely get flagged as spam and rejected, or worse, someone could spoof your domain and make you look bad.
✔️ SPF Record Setup – I’ll configure the DNS record to authorize your legitimate senders (like Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.).
✔️ DKIM Configuration – I’ll set up your domain’s cryptographic signature so your messages come with proof they’re legit.
✔️ DMARC Record Setup – I’ll add a policy to tell receiving servers how to handle suspicious emails and where to send reports.
✔️ Testing & Verification – I’ll run checks to make sure everything is set up right and not throwing errors.

Why Only These Services?
Because email deliverability is its own beast. 🐉 And taming that dragon takes more than just setting up these records.
If you have deliverability issues down the road (because the email gods are fickle), you’ll need a specialist.
Here are a few I recommend:
Kickbox
Email Industries
Unspam
These folks live and breathe deliverability. Me? I’m just here to get your basics locked down.
Who’s This For?
You’re an existing client (because I love you)
This offer is only available to current clients
Warning! No backsies -- If you're NOT a current client, the funds can be applied to other services, and will not be refunded
You need the essentials covered (but nothing fancy)
You know this won’t solve all your deliverability woes, and that’s okay
Will this make sure my emails don’t go to spam?
Nope. This is like putting on your seatbelt — it’s the minimum safety measure, but it doesn’t control other drivers.
I’ll set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to help protect your domain’s reputation. For full-on deliverability mojo (like fixing spam issues), you’ll need a specialist.
Why can’t I just send from my regular email domain?
Because the internet doesn’t like split loyalties.
If you’re sending email through GHL (GoHighLevel) and also receiving email at myemail.com, that’s asking the email gods to deliver the same letter to two different houses at the same time (your home and your vacation home, simultaneously—not forwarded). It doesn’t work.
So, you’ll need a dedicated subdomain for sending. Example:
Your inbox: [email protected]
Your GHL marketing emails: [email protected]
This keeps the mail streams separate and protects your main inbox from getting blacklisted.
Do I have to give you access to my domain provider?
Yes, delegate access is required. I’ll be tweaking your DNS records, and I need temporary permission to get in there. I won’t ask for your passwords.
BUT I won’t provide step-by-step instructions for this because registrar interfaces change faster than fashion trends. If you get stuck, I’m happy to hop on a quick call and walk you through.
Can I use the same domain for GHL and my personal emails?
Nope. See the vacation home metaphor above. You need a dedicated subdomain (like mail.myemail.com) for GHL. Your main inbox stays clean, your sending reputation stays safe, and the email gods stay happy.
What if I use Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or other tools?
I can still setup the SPF, DMARC, and DKIM, and then work with someone more versed in those specific tools. That said, though, those folks' service packages will include the SPF, DMARC, and DKIM, too, so it may not make sense to pay for this portion twice.
Do you offer ongoing support for deliverability issues?
Nope.
This is a basic setup service. I get your records in place, verify they’re working, and then I’m out. If you hit snags later (and email being email, you might, I mean will), you’ll need a deliverability expert (see above).
Tech is the engine. Strategy is the driver.
