As agreed, comes with onboarding call, setup Make and hooks, verify data propagated as needed across platforms, verify the workflows and everything with Make & hooks (first 3 weekly podcasts), and then be available for five (5) hours of technical support to be used or forfeited within 90 days. Note that this support includes the time to

create the ticket via phone call, email, Zoom call, or text
verify and assess the issue
resolve the issue either through my efforts, reaching out the Soul Software support, or a combination of both
report the issue as resolved
demonstrate to the client as needed if it's a training issue
