Pipeline stages that don’t reflect reality
Opportunities not moving or duplicating
Forms not creating contacts or opportunities correctly
Calendars not attaching to the right logic
Tags/custom fields being applied or overwritten incorrectly

“Which workflow is actually responsible for this”

This is logic, structure, and data hygiene only.

Read this carefully:

❌ Anything dependent on external infrastructure behaving

If the issue is deliverability-related, I will identify it and stop there.

I inspect your account
I either:
- fix it, or
- document exactly why it can’t be fixed as-is

No scope creep. No mystery.

Step 1: Triage includes

what’s broken
why it’s happening
where it lives
what fixing it would require
what you should not do blindly

Because accuracy is more valuable than rushed fixes.

Step 2: Fix (only if ALL conditions are true)

A fix happens only if the issue is:

workflow
condition
trigger
pipeline stage

A clear statement of what's wrong, not simply "something feels off".

2️⃣ Structurally contained

one workflow OR
one pipeline OR
one form OR
one calendar

Spiderwebs of interdependencies are outside the scope of this service.

3️⃣ Within granted authority

no business-rule changes
no copy approval
no stakeholder decisions
no “should we do X instead?”

This services fixes mechanics, not intent.

4️⃣ Low-risk to data and operations

no mass updates
no bulk deletes
no irreversible actions

If undoing it would be painful, it’s not fixed here.

Timeframe

Start within 48 hours after receiving a clear description of the one thing to triage, and the permissions needed to perform
When the resolution is clear, contained, and doable with the provided permissions, resolution within 7 days
If the resolution is not clear, contained, and doable with these permissions, a clear diagnosis will be provided within 7 days

Refunds

Due to the nature of remote triage, once work has started, no refunds are given
